Shipping, Store Policy and Contact

Thank you for your interest in my items. As a single-person tiny home business, I appreciate your support. I ship every Monday and Friday, so most orders will get handed off to USPS within 1-4 days after your order is placed. I do not charge extra for packaging or handling, so the costs are directly based on USPS First Class or Priority Mail package rates.

Expedited shipping options? I do not offer overnight shipping services, but orders under $50 do have an option to change the shipping method from First Class to Priority in the shopping cart (reduces time in USPS hands by an average of 1-2 days).

When will my order arrive?

The 2 week/10 business day arrival estimate is a worst case scenario if you happen to live far from Florida's shipping zone, have two Sundays within your order window, and you place your order with the most time until our next scheduled shipment day (such as placing an order Monday evening after I shipped Monday morning).

USPS services typically averages 3-6 in-transit business days.

I have scheduled shipments going out every Monday and Friday. If your order is placed by Thursday morning it will likely ship out Friday. If your order is placed on Friday it will not ship until Monday. If your order contains a long list (25+ different styles of items) or any handmade items such as flexible push molds or artwork, it may not be completed in time for the next shipment day. With this in mind, I try to always over-estimate arrival time.

 

Return Policy -

All items are guaranteed to be as described and in perfect condition, but we do not otherwise accept returns. Loss or damage insurance is included for Priority mail orders over $50 (claims are through USPS). Tracking is provided for all orders. You must provide the correct mailing address. In the event of returned mail from USPS due to a wrong address, or misdelivered mail, the item cost minus unrecoverable shipping will be refunded when I receive your package. If you have a defective item, a digital photo can be emailed instead of a physical return for a refund request. If your order shipped Priority mail and is damaged, please send a photo email and set aside all items/packaging, as they may be required for the shipping insurance claim.

Shipping Info -

Currently shipping within the USA only. This includes anywhere USPS considers USA such as APO/PO boxes and Puerto Rico.

International shipping - Not currently available. Unfortunately due to increased lost or delayed package deliveries, increasingly complex international tax and import fees and customs back ups, coupled with high postage cost increases since the pandemic began, I do not foresee this changing in the near future. I will periodically check to see if new reasonably priced shipping options become available. In the meantime, I offer printable files on Patreon worldwide, if you happen to have a back loading printer capable of taking watercolor paper (like Canon rear-feed Pixma or large format printers for photography). Printable files can also be used as tracing templates or common printing on standard cardstock paper for dry media such as pencils or markers.
